Energy performance certificate

A document that states the energy figures of a building, for example the heating demand.

A weak certificate announces high running costs, for example for heating and renovation. Buyers often read only the letter grade, without checking the figures behind it. Scan my Home places the certificate in context and shows what a weak grade means for costs.
