Integrity checksum
A digital fingerprint of the report.
It proves that the report is unchanged since the checksum was set, and it also appears in the PDF. If a report is corrected later, the checksum is set again and the date is stated with it. The checksum shows not only authenticity, but also whether and when a correction happened.

Common questions about it
What does a changed checksum show?
That the report was corrected later. The date of the correction then appears right next to it.
