Major accident risk
The risk from a serious accident at a nearby dangerous plant such as a chemical works, a refinery or a pipeline.
Around such plants there are often consultation zones with their own building conditions. Scan my Home shows these technological risk zones where the authorities provide them. A property in the consultation zone is not automatically dangerous, it just falls under stricter building rules.
