Natural hazards
Hazards from nature mapped by the authorities, for example flood, landslide, avalanche, rockfall, ground movement or earthquake.
If a property lies in such a zone, extra building conditions often apply. Insurance costs can also be higher then, because the insurer prices in the risk. Scan my Home shows the official zones for the address, not just a general assessment.
