Official company check
A look into the official company registers at the firms behind the property, that is the seller of the listing and the developer.
The check only shows what hurts: insolvency, liquidation, restructuring, deleted companies and open insolvency proceedings. A healthy company produces no line, and that only means the company file is open, not that the firm can pay. For a buyer it is the most expensive finding. If the developer is insolvent, it is open who answers for defects and what happens to money already paid.

Common questions about it
Why is nothing shown when everything is fine?
Because a green tick would be an all clear that the register does not give. It only confirms that the company file is open, nothing about solvency.
Which companies are checked?
The seller of the listing and the developer, as far as their names appear in the listing or in the documents. Without a company name there is no finding.
