Standard land value (Bodenrichtwert)
The officially determined average value of the land per square metre in a location.
It is the basis for valuing the share of the plot in a property. The standard land value is an average for the location, not a price for one specific plot. Scan my Home shows it directly on the location map wherever the authorities publish it.

Common questions about it
Is the standard land value the price of my plot?
No. It is an official average for the location, one specific plot can differ from it.
