Broadband

The fastest internet connection available at this address, listed separately for fixed lines and mobile networks.

The figure comes from the official broadband atlas and applies to the building's 100 metre cell, not the single flat. It says what is technically available, not what the previous tenant booked. Between 30 and 1000 Mbit lies the gap between a stuttering video call and one that works. Laying fibre into an existing block costs money and needs an owners' decision.

Where it appears in the report

Broadband appears in the Location chapter, with the highest download rate for fixed lines and for mobile, where the authorities publish it. Look at the sample report →

Common questions about it

Does this apply to my flat?

It applies to the 100 metre cell the building stands in. Inside the building it also depends on whether the line has been brought into the flat itself.

What is the difference between fixed line and mobile?

Fixed line is the cable into the building: fibre, coaxial or telephone line. Mobile is reception from the mast, for example 5G. The report lists both separately.
