Lending value
The durably safe value of a property as a bank sees it, usually below the market value.
It decides how much credit the bank gives for the property. Buyers often confuse it with the market value, but the bank deliberately calculates more cautiously. Scan my Home shows the lending value in the full assessment, as its own figure next to the market value.
