How paying works
Top up credit
You top up an amount of your choosing, from €10.00. The credit sits with your email address.
A report is deducted
Every analysis takes its price off the credit. If the credit is not enough, nothing starts and nothing is charged.
An account is optional
If you do not want an account you still get your report. We deliberately store nothing else about you.
Still free. Payment has not been switched on, so nothing is deducted and nothing is invoiced. Same check, same sources and the same report as later against payment; only the price is not switched on yet. While that is the case, every analysis can be used at no cost. All prices include the stated VAT, net alongside.
Several reports at once
If you value properties regularly, you pay less per report. On its own, one report costs €29.99. In the largest bundle it is €20.99.
These are the planned prices. You can already add them to the cart and go through to the checkout; nothing is charged. While that is the case, every report is free.
Your own bundle
Pick the quantity, the price follows.
Enter how many reports you need. The volume discount comes from the total number, however you mix them.
Please pick at least one report.
A bundle is credit, and every report is taken from it, the small one as well as the large one. No subscription, no expiry.
The large amounts include 20 % VAT; the net amount is shown underneath each one. Credit is held gross, never expires and applies to every product, not only to the report. The number of items refers to the report at €29.99; a full assessment costs €39.99 and uses up correspondingly more.
What else can cost money
Exactly one thing, and it is optional.
- An additional image in the report costs €1.19 including 20 % VAT, €0.99 net.
- The full assessment includes 4 images at no extra charge. Only the next one is billed. The report without document review has no image section, so this cost does not arise there at all.
While payment is not switched on yet, further images cannot be bought either. After the 4 free ones, that is it for now.
That is all. No subscription, no basic fee, no charge for the valuation PDF. Everything in your report is covered by the price of the report.
Prices are shown in euros. The line next to the price converts them into the currency of the country you set at the top of the page, using the daily rate published by the European Central Bank. Billing itself is in euros.

Questions about the price
Why is it so cheap?
Because the work is automated. Research, calculation and report run through one process that works the same way for one property as for a thousand. A sworn valuation costs many times more, because a person is on site. Both have their place, and we are the step before that.
Do I pay per report or every month?
Per report, out of credit you top up in advance. There is no subscription and no basic fee.
How do the bundles work?
You pay a bundle price and receive credit worth the face value of that number of reports. In the largest bundle you pay €2,098.80 and receive €2,999.00 credit, which works out to €20.99 per report.
Do I get money back?
Yes, under conditions that are stated openly on the site. You can find them in the footer, under Refunds and Right of withdrawal.
What exactly does the test phase mean?
Payment has not been switched on yet, so a report costs nothing at the moment. The amounts on this page are the planned prices and take effect as soon as payment starts.
