Legal
Here you can cancel your monthly plan, even without signing in. We then send a confirmation link to your email address. The cancellation takes effect when you click that link. This way nobody can cancel someone else's contract.
The cancellation date is based on when we receive this form. If you are signed in, you can also cancel directly in your account via “Cancel contract here”.
What is English here, and what is not
Pages without a small DE mark are in English; a few pages are still German only.
Legal texts are translated, but the German version under legal notice, privacy and terms is the one that is legally binding.
Our newsletter PDF and a few image captions are still German.
What you get out of it
Every figure carries its source, its reference date and a measure of its certainty. So you can check before you decide, not afterwards.
Deferred repairs, noise, flooding, zoning and energy obligations. Official maps directly over your property, with source and legend.
Every dossier is checked twice and issued as a PDF report with its own verification number. Banks, agents and the other side can verify it.
No appointment, no surveyor's fee, no paperwork. Enter the property, wait a few minutes, read the finished report.
Done in 8 to 15 minutes.
Every figure with source and verification number.
