The non-profit developer Alpenland is taking over the Rossmarkthöfe project in central St. Pölten, which has existed since 2020. Plans include flats, shops, a hotel and offices. Signa Holding previously held the site and sold it to Süba AG in autumn 2022; both later became insolvent.
