Malaga: flat sale arranged without the owner's consent

According to El Mundo, a flat owner in Málaga received a notarial summons to complete the sale of his only home in late October. He states that he never signed anything and received no payment. The land registry extract lists two further persons holding purchase options of 35 and 65 percent.
