Vienna: landlord association criticises short-term rental rules

The City of Vienna is tightening rules for short-term rentals via platforms such as Airbnb and Booking. Mayor Michael Ludwig (SPÖ) announced a registration requirement from early 2027. An association accuses the city of applying a law that has not yet been passed.
