I grew up around property.
And around the half-truths.
Scan my Home came out of one simple conviction: when you buy, sell, rent or let, you should get the whole truth, not the carefully chosen part of it.
I grew up in a family where everything revolved around property. I know houses not from the brochure but from the inside: the good sides, and the ones nobody likes to mention when there is a sale to be made.
That is exactly what always bothered me. In this business people rarely speak openly. Buyers are told how lovely everything is. Sellers are told what they want to hear. Tenants and landlords often have no reliable figures at all. In the end everyone decides on one of the largest sums of their life without knowing the whole truth.
What we are here for
The same clear view for all four sides.
Scan my Home exists so that everyone gets the same honest view of a property that only a few people used to have. Not the flattered version, the checked one.
