After every analysis, every central figure in the report is carefully checked again before it is released. That includes the 10 percent safety discount: it is built in, and no optimistic assumption can soften it.

Every report carries a verification number: anyone can confirm online that it is genuine and unchanged since it was issued. Every source has its own number in the report, so each figure can be traced.
Said plainly: Scan my Home is a software-supported first and second check. It is not a sworn valuation and it does not replace an expert or an official body. Where the data is thin, the report says so.

How long does it really take?
The standard analysis takes 8 to 15 minutes, the full assessment tends to sit nearer the upper end. The duration depends on how many registers are queried for the country and how many documents come with it.
Can I check listings from any portal, not just ImmoScout?
Yes. We know the major portals in 31 countries, from willhaben and Funda to Idealista and Rightmove. To be honest about it: some do not allow automated reading, among them ImmoScout24, Immowelt and willhaben. That is their decision and we do not work around it. In that case you paste the listing text or attach a screenshot. It takes half a minute and gives you the same report.
Do I need to register?
Not for the sample report. For your own report we need your e-mail address, because the credit and the report are linked to it. An account is optional.
What happens to my data and the documents I upload?
Only you can see your reports; there is no shared open archive. For the analysis your property data goes to our AI provider, and to nobody else. You can delete any report yourself at any time.
